Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

Aaysar is a trust-based, Shariah-compliant marketplace. This policy sets the minimum standards of conduct for all users.

2. Prohibited Business Activities

Listings may not involve interest-based lending, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, adult content, conventional insurance, pork products, weapons, or any activity prohibited by Shariah or by Nigerian law.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Misrepresenting your identity, business, or financial position
• Uploading forged or altered verification documents
• Soliciting payments outside the platform to avoid fees
• Harassment, abusive language, or discriminatory conduct in messaging
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or automated bulk access
• Uploading malware or attempting to breach platform security

4. Content Standards

Listing text, images and pitch videos must be your own or properly licensed, must be accurate, and must not be misleading about returns or risks.

5. Enforcement

Breaches may lead to listing removal, badge withdrawal, account suspension, or permanent termination, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Reporting

Report suspected breaches through the Reporting page or to compliance@aaysar.com.
