1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Aaysar, a Shariah-compliant business and investment marketplace connecting verified investors with verified business owners in Nigeria.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You must complete identity verification before accessing verified features of the platform.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Aaysar may suspend accounts that provide false information.

4. Nature of the Platform

Aaysar is an introduction platform. We are not a bank, broker, fund manager or investment adviser. We do not hold investor funds, guarantee returns, or provide investment advice.

5. Listings

Business owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information in their listings. All listings are reviewed before publication, but review is not an endorsement or a guarantee of accuracy.

6. Shariah Compliance

Listings marked as Shariah reviewed have been assessed against the structures described in our Shariah Compliance Policy. Investors remain responsible for their own due diligence.

7. Fees

Subscription plans and their fees are described on our Pricing page. Fees are payable in advance and are subject to the Refund Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Aaysar for interest-based lending, gambling, fraud, money laundering, or any activity prohibited by Nigerian law or by our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached. You may close your account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aaysar is not liable for investment losses, business failures, or disputes between users.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
