Verification documents are stored in encrypted private storage and are accessible only to authorised compliance staff. They are never shown to other users.

5. What Other Users See

Other users see your display name, role, country and state, verification badge, and any information you publish in a listing. Your phone number and email are not published.

6. Retention

We retain verification and transaction records for as long as required by Nigerian regulations, and other data for as long as your account remains open.
