Compliance
Every listing on Aaysar is structured under a recognised Islamic finance contract and reviewed by an independent council of qualified scholars before it receives the Scholar Approved badge.
Joint equity partnership; profits and losses shared in proportion to capital and effort.
Investor provides capital, entrepreneur provides labour; profits shared on a pre-agreed ratio.
Cost-plus sale of a tangible asset at a transparent, disclosed mark-up.
Forward purchase: full payment today for goods delivered at an agreed future date and specification.
Submissions are reviewed for sector permissibility, contract structure, and revenue model. Listings only become public after at least one scholar approves; complex structures require a quorum. Reviews are documented and attached to the listing.
Aaysar never holds, transfers, or escrows investor capital. All settlement happens directly between the investor and the business under the contract they agree upon.
