Report a Concern

Integrity is the foundation of Aaysar. If you have witnessed fraud, Shariah non-compliance, misrepresentation, or abusive conduct on the platform, please tell us.

Fraud or misrepresentation

Fake listings, false CAC details, inflated financials, impersonation.

Shariah non-compliance

Interest-based structures, prohibited sectors, or contracts contrary to the approved model.

Abusive messaging

Harassment, spam, or off-platform payment requests inside the messaging system.

How to report

  1. 1. Signed-in users: open the listing or thread in question and use the in-app message system to notify our compliance team.
  2. 2. Anyone: send us the details through the Contact page, including screenshots and the listing URL.
  3. 3. We acknowledge every report within two business days and follow up once review is complete.

All reports are confidential. Retaliation against a good-faith reporter is grounds for account termination.
